Lifetime Warranty on Chimney Caps (Rust Protection Only)

Our chimney caps are built using premium, rust-resistant materials.
This warranty guarantees:

  • Protection against rust and corrosion

  • Coverage for the lifetime of the product

  • Free replacement of defective chimney caps caused by rusting

5-Year Warranty on Paint Finish

The paint coating applied to the chimney cap is covered for:

  • Peeling

  • Cracking

  • Premature fading

  • Blistering or flaking

After 5 years, normal wear and weather aging is not covered.

What’s Not Covered (Acts of God – Exclusions)

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Storms, hurricanes, or high winds

  • Lightning or fire

  • Earthquakes

  • Falling tree branches or debris

  • Any other natural disasters or accidents

These are considered Acts of God and fall outside the warranty.
